The 27th Annual Abbot Kinney Festival is this Sunday, September 25 from 10 am to 6 pm on Abbot Kinney Blvd. The festival will provide music from live performers, food from food trucks and local restaurants, a beer garden, and plenty of artsy shops! The KidsQuad is an area available for families and kids to enjoy music and activities.
Come by Sea•thos for our very own Pop Up Shop where we will be selling t-shirts, totes, Life Factory water bottles, and other goodies starting at 10:30am. We will also be hosting two screenings of Hippo Work “Simon Says, Let’s Stop Climate Change!” from 11:00-11:30am and 1:00-1:30pm.
Feelgoodz is going to have an upcycling bin to collect old or broken flip flops inside the Sea•thos Headquarters. The company sends their collection of flip flops to Kenya where they are upcycled into art! So make sure to bring your old flip flops to donate!
The festival celebrates and promotes sustainability, supplying biodegradable utensils and recycle bins throughout Abbot Kinney Blvd. Festival-goers are encouraged to use sustainable modes of transportation and to bring their own reusable items, like shopping bags and bottles. Banner and festival guides for the event were created using recycled materials, and electronic methods for registration and media has allowed for a more eco-friendly way to enjoy the day!
Don’t miss out on one of Venice’s most vibrant days and join Sea•thos at the Abbot Kinney Festival!
